Nidec CNT100P2FG – Introducing the Vertical Solid Shaft Normal Thrust Motors, designed for severe duty environments in the pulp & paper, mill & chemical, and process industries. These three-phase, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motors feature a “P” base and are CORRO-DUTY® and NEMA® Premium Efficient. With Class F insulation and Class B temperature rise, they ensure reliable and efficient operation. The motors have all cast iron construction (steel frame on 140 frame), corrosion-resistant mill & chemical duty paint, and stainless steel nameplates. They offer IP54 protection with shaft slingers on both ends. Designed for NEMA® Design B performance, they have regreasable bearings, lifting provisions, and a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C. The motors are rated at 50 Hz and have a 1.15 service factor. With special balance, upper thrust bearing open bearings (180-447), and an oversized cast iron conduit box, these motors deliver exceptional performance and durability.
