Nidec WD10P2D – The Painted Washdown Three Phase motors are designed for sanitary applications in food processing, canning, meat packing, bakery, dairy, drug, and cosmetic industries. These motors feature Class F insulation, Class B temperature rise, and a smooth design for easy cleaning. They are painted with USDA® approved non-toxic white epoxy paint and have a moisture-resistant gasketed conduit box. The motors also include V-ring rotating shaft seals, double contact sealed ball bearings, and internal corrosion protection. With a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and NEMA® Design B performance, these motors ensure reliable operation. They come with a 303 stainless steel shaft, stainless steel nameplate, and multiple stainless steel T-Type drains for optimal durability.
